Magic in the Air

What're your favorite kind of cat? Mine may soon be Chaotic Acts of Theatre, if everything I've heard about them is true. I'm hoping it is.

This evening at 6:30 P.M., the Victory Branch of the Ada Community Library is hosting their production of 'Harry Potter and the Wee Little Parody', a 45 minute romp through all eight movies. By all accounts it is quite a show. True fans of the series should be prepared for irreverence, I expect. I just watched Hermione thump Seth Rogen around with an ax handle, so I should be good.

Last minute Facebook invites are sent out. Currently there are 14 event confirmations. I know there are four of us for my confirmation, so estimating there should be between 20-30 people there so far. Let's see if we can do better than that.

Supporting the Arts

This is a subject dear to my heart. Especially now that art is supporting me. I'm already a sponsor for a production at the Victory Branch of the Ada Community Library later this month, but there is an event tonight in Boise that features the work of Ken and Betty Rodgers.
It's from 5-9pm at 110 N. 8th St. Some of the photographs I've seen on Ken's various postings from his travels have been amazing. Of course, Bravo! was visually engaging, so I'm really looking forward to seeing what he and his lovely wife have put together for this evening.
I'd really like to see some other people come out and support them as well.
See you there.
